Small Launch

Small Launch helps people who built an app with AI tools find out if it's safe to launch, fix what isn't, and move it into an AWS account they own.

Small Launch is for the builders who used Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, or something like them to get an idea working, and now have to answer a harder question: is it safe to put in front of real people?

I’ve watched these tools turn a weekend idea into a working app. That’s amazing. But a working app is still a system. Sign-in, permissions, data access, secrets, and who’s watching it at 2 a.m. all matter the day users show up. The stories of production databases deleted by an agent, or private apps left wide open, aren’t hypothetical anymore.

How it works

  • Free Launch Check. Describe your app. We review it by hand and recommend a next step.
  • Launch Readiness Review. A written report on the launch blockers, with a prioritized fix list.
  • Fix & Harden. We fix the priority issues from the review, guided or handled for you.
  • Secure AWS Deployment. Your code in your own GitHub repo, your app in your own AWS account, with a documented handover.

That last one is the part I care about most. Builders are fantastic for building, but platforms get acquired, pivot, reprice, or shut down. If you own the code and the account, you own the app.
