I have a lot of goals and aspirations. I've always had a ‘side project’ in the works one way or another. One of the reasons nothing much has ever come of any of them is I sabotage myself.
I don't have any problems achieving goals or creating routines where the benefit or outcome is obvious or certain. Where I fall short is putting in the hard work up front for an outcome I can't control and know nothing about. In this first video, I express some of concerns and thoughts on why this might be.
Going forward I need to work on just figuring it out.
